God is a God of Faith.

We are taught from scripture that we are to walk by faith and not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7) So, we are saved by our faith in Christ. And as we continue to live out our Christian life and journey we are also to walk by faith.

Faith pleases God.

Faith is of utmost importance to Him. Because it’s saying you trust Him for who He is (that is God). Faith says you trust in him and take Him at his word. Faith says you believe that He will do what He says He will do. The whole gospel is accomplished from start to finish by faith. Let’s look at the bible truth here below:

Romans 1:16-17 (NLT)

16 For I am not ashamed of this Good News about Christ. It is the power of God at work, saving everyone who believes—the Jew first and also the Gentile.17 This Good News tells us how God makes us right in his sight. This is accomplished from start to finish by faith. As the Scriptures say, “It is through faith that a righteous person has life.”

Did you see that? It says the gospel is accomplished from start to finish by faith. All one must do to be saved by God is to have faith in The Holy Son of God Jesus Christ. Once you sincerely place your trust and faith in Him you are immediately granted everlasting life (John 3,16, 36) (John 6:40) (Acts 16:30-31).

Again, I say unto you people of the world the gospel is accomplished from start to finish by faith.

You may hear people say things like this all the time “well you know just have faith.”

“But I would say unto them but have faith in what? And have faith in whom? This is because where I place my faith matters. You see the issue is not about just having faith for faith sake my faith (that is) must be directed and placed in the right person or my faith is useless.” For example, whenever you sit in a chair you are using faith that the very chair that you are sitting in will hold you upright but my point is this: you placing your faith in that chair will not save you. In the same way our faith must be placed in the right person who is chosen and anointed by God to save us otherwise its useless. If you place your faith in Buddha or Muhammad or Confucius and so on etc. your faith will be useless because it is placed in someone who cannot save you. It is placed in someone whom God has not selected, chosen, anointed and appointed to save you. Indeed, our faith must be directed and placed in the right person who has the power and the authority given to him by God to save us. This person the Bible says is Jesus He is The One whom God has set his seal of approval on (John 6:37), yes He is The One whom God has selected, Anointed, chosen, and appointed to be Our Savior The Savior of the whole world (Acts 5:31) (Acts 10:38) (Luke 4:18) (Hebrews 1:1-14) (John 1:29-36) (John 4:25-26, 42) (1 John 2:1-2) (1 John 3:5) (1 John 4:14) (1 John 5:6-9). Place your genuine trust and faith in Him and He will save you, you will never perish, and He will give you everlasting life (John 5:24) (John 3:16, 36) (John 6:40) (Acts 16:30-31) (Romans 10:9-13) (1 John 5:11-13).

Faith in Jesus is what matters.

You see faith in Jesus is what matters and The Holy Spirit reveals to us that it is faith in Jesus that brings Great Glory to God.

Philippians 2:6-11 (NLT)

Though he was God, he did not think of equality with God as something to cling to. Instead, he gave up his divine privileges; he took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being. When he appeared in human form, he humbled himself in obedience to God and died a criminal’s death on a cross. Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honor and gave him the name above all other names, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue declare that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
